LogX OS sits between your TMS, email, and accounting systems to automate the document and billing work that actually moves freight — without replacing your core platforms.
LogX OS reads emails and documents at the top of the stack, applies your rules in the middle, and pushes clean, validated data into the systems you already use.
The Detroit–Windsor gateway is one of the busiest commercial links between Canada and the U.S., handling a massive share of cross-border trade. Paperwork mistakes don't just hurt margins—they risk the flow of a critical trade corridor.
LogX OS focuses on the customs, billing, and POD workflows behind these crossings—so small carriers in Windsor–Essex can operate with big-carrier efficiency.

I was born and raised in Victoria, British Columbia, and spent much of my time growing up visiting family in Essex County, so the region has always been on my radar as a critical industrial and logistics hub. I launched LogX OS in 2022 in Victoria and, in 2026, relocated to Windsor–Essex to establish the business locally and work more closely with operators across Southern Ontario.
After completing an undergraduate degree in computer science, I qualified as a Red Seal Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) and spent eight years as a service technician in commercial and industrial environments—commissioning equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting teams that cannot afford downtime.
I then moved into four years of technical sales, working with operators to scope, justify, and deliver capital and service projects. LogX OS was created to help small and mid-sized logistics and industrial businesses turn manual, document-heavy work into reliable AI-driven workflows tied directly to measurable ROI.
Today I’m based in Essex County and focus on Windsor–Essex and Southern Ontario, working with carriers, 3PLs, warehousing operations, and other small and medium businesses. My role is to act as a fractional AI operations partner: designing, implementing, and managing the AI layer so local operators can improve margins, cut rework, and expand capacity without adding headcount or replacing core systems.
