Turn Manual Document Processing into Managed AI Workflows.

We build and manage AI infrastructure that plugs directly into your existing TMS, ERP, or CRM to reduce manual labour, eliminate rework, and accelerate cycle times.

The Old Way vs. LogX OS

Stop fighting your systems. Start automating your inputs.

Legacy Current State (Manual)

High error rates & costly rework

Manual entry leads to chargebacks and late fees.

20+ hours/week wasted

Staff stuck copy-pasting from PDFs and emails.

🔒

System rip-and-replace required

Upgrading capabilities means changing core software.

No internal AI/ML expertise

IT lacks resources to build or maintain custom models.

LogX OS AI-Driven State

Automated validation & routing

Checked against business rules; 50% error reduction.

Instant data extraction

Data extracted, classified, and pushed automatically.

LogX OS reads emails and documents at the top of the stack, applies your rules in the middle, and pushes clean, validated data into the systems you already use.

🌎

Cross-border document prep

  • Ingest commercial invoices, packing lists, and BOLs.
  • Extract shipper/consignee, values, HS codes, and weights.
  • Validate against your rules and queue exceptions before dispatch.
📄

Billing & POD reconciliation

  • Match PODs to loads in your TMS automatically.
  • Verify charges against rate confirmations.
  • Flag mismatches and create billing-ready records for approval.

Detention & accessorial capture

  • Track timestamps and events across loads.
  • Apply your detention, layover, and accessorial rules.
  • Surface suggested charges with evidence and send to billing.
📊

Ops reporting & exceptions

  • Aggregate load, exception, and billing data.
  • Highlight repeat problem lanes, customers, and workflows.
  • Let managers ask natural-language questions about performance.

Why Windsor–Detroit matters for your freight

The Detroit–Windsor gateway is one of the busiest commercial links between Canada and the U.S., handling a massive share of cross-border trade. Paperwork mistakes don't just hurt margins—they risk the flow of a critical trade corridor.

2M+ commercial truck crossings per year
≈ 25% of Canada-U.S. goods trade

LogX OS focuses on the customs, billing, and POD workflows behind these crossings—so small carriers in Windsor–Essex can operate with big-carrier efficiency.

Founder Story

About LogX OS

Why a Victoria‑trained engineer focuses on AI implementation for SMB's in Windsor & Essex County

I was born and raised in Victoria, British Columbia, and spent much of my time growing up visiting family in Essex County, so the region has always been on my radar as a critical industrial and logistics hub. I launched LogX OS in 2022 in Victoria and, in 2026, relocated to Windsor–Essex to establish the business locally and work more closely with operators across Southern Ontario.

After completing an undergraduate degree in computer science, I qualified as a Red Seal Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) and spent eight years as a service technician in commercial and industrial environments—commissioning equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting teams that cannot afford downtime.

I then moved into four years of technical sales, working with operators to scope, justify, and deliver capital and service projects. LogX OS was created to help small and mid-sized logistics and industrial businesses turn manual, document-heavy work into reliable AI-driven workflows tied directly to measurable ROI.

Today I’m based in Essex County and focus on Windsor–Essex and Southern Ontario, working with carriers, 3PLs, warehousing operations, and other small and medium businesses. My role is to act as a fractional AI operations partner: designing, implementing, and managing the AI layer so local operators can improve margins, cut rework, and expand capacity without adding headcount or replacing core systems.
